IT Systems AnalystOur client is requiring an IT Systems Analyst, who will be responsible for the analysis, maintenance, and optimization of business applications and IT systems across the organization, to join their team.The IT Systems Analyst plays a key role in system implementation, user support, data integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.Location: East LondonJob type: Permanent - On siteDuties and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, maintain, and support enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and other business-critical tools.Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams or external vendors.Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changesDevelop and maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and procedures.Assist in the implementation and rollout of new applications and systems, including testing, training, and support.Support data integrity, data migration, and integration between systems using APIs, ETL tools, orEnsure applications meet compliance, security, and performance standards.Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated helpdesk issues related to enterprise systems and applications.Day-to-day systems support and issue resolutionConfiguration of proper systems access for the Group to optimise controlsManage/support project teams to implement new and update existing systemsTest internal processes and proceduresDelivery of system trainingReview the current systems/interfaces, forms and procedures and propose solutions to streamline and reduce manual interventionSupport the Systems Manager in ensuring that internal controls within the Group are fit for purpose and are enforced, measured and monitored and improved where applicableCollaborate with Managers to design and develop both internal and external management reports to better inform the businessLiaise with external stakeholders and system developers where necessary RequirementsDegree in commerce/business/accounting or IT3+ years of experience in IT systems or application analysis/supportExperience with enterprise applicationsFamiliarity with databases (SQL), reporting tools, and integration tools.Systems development and application systems experienceBroad experience and knowledge of accounting systemsERP system experienceExperience working in project and BAU environmentsProperty Industry experience beneficialAbility to collaborate and train other staffAdvanced Excel and computer software skillsScripting or programming experience an advantageSkills RequiredUp to date knowledge of current trends and practices relating to IT ApplicationsStrong analytical and numerical skills demonstrating an ability to identify and react to emerging issuesStrong interpersonal skills, able to manage conflict and maintain good relationships with key stakeholdersExcellent standard of literacy and effective written communication skillsTime ManagementShould meet the above criteria, we invite you to apply directly to the advertisement.
