The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas within the Quality Assurance Department. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 is compulsory; Related Diploma (Biotechnology, Chemistry)Day & Night Shift positionMust be willing to work shifts - Own transport required, as the vacancy consists of night shift (4D4O4N4O)Proficient in MS OfficeOne year or more previous experience in a testing laboratoryEffective time keeping is essential, meticulous, high work ethicApplicants must be well spoken, self-driven to grow and develop within the niche Industry Duties, Key Performance Areas: Incoming, In-Process, and final QC on all sub-assemblies and completed systems including incoming raw material analysis MFRPerform process and FSSC internal auditsMaintain calibration programmeData entry by entering all QC defect data into Oracle Scada databaseCreate, maintain and publish QC trend analysis reportsInvolvement NCR (CARs) processing.Special projects as assignedProduct testing shall be done in accordance with relevant test methods, work instructions and standards or specific manuals and through the use of appropriate formulae.Conducts quality auditing in raw materials. Record all audit findings in the production auditing forms.
