The following will be expected from the FM:Reporting to Cheif Financial Officer and CEOMulti-company reporting - average of 13 entitiesIntercompany loan accounts reconciliationsReviewing agreements for financial implications and diarising sameDrafting standard Agreements of Sale and Lease AgreementsGathering and compilation of development information for financing applicationsLiaising with banks in respect of financial queriesFICA of multiple entitiesReconciliations of various Bond AccountsUpdating and reporting on company's financial exposureReview and submit VAT recons to SARS for multiple entitiesLiaise with SARS auditors regarding VAT refund auditsProvisional TAX review and submissionIncome Tax planning and review and submission of multiple entitiesArrange and manage annual audits of multiple entitiesCompiling audit file for auditors of multiple entitiesReview Annual Financial Statements of multiple entitiesMonthly review of general ledger, bank recons and VAT reports of multiple entitiesCash Flow forecast vs Actual reportingGenerating and reviewing of management accounts of multiple entitiesStatutory Applications and reporting to CIPCAttending AGM's of developments as representative of the developing companyReview of Monthly payrollCreating business models for new Companies (property management, investors club)Project planning and analysing of information of business modelReview and authorise all payments on various online banking platformsReview Income and Expense reports for all development projectsProject Financial Management, Feasibilities and budgetsLiaising with Transfer and Bond attorneys regarding the purchasing of propertiesCreating monthly Debit orders on bank platformReview, amend and create Standard operating ProceduresManage a staff complement of 10 employeesAny ad hoc dutiesIf this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.
