About the RoleAs an HR Recruiter at Vision Marketing, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and play a key role in shaping our growing team. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, lead effective recruitment campaigns, and attract individuals who share our values and ambition for growth. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and interview potential candidates.Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives.Collaborate with management to forecast and plan hiring needs.Manage job postings, candidate databases, and interview scheduling.Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience.Support onboarding and initial training processes for new hires. What Were Looking ForA people-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Good computer skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach to work.Genuine passion for talent development and team building. Minimum RequirementsSouth African ID.Matric certificate.Age between 2028.Previous experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not essential).Professional appearance and attitude.
