Location: Epping, Cape Town, South AfricaSalary: R80,000 per month (CTC)Job Type: Full-Time | On-siteAbout the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic individual to join this well-established market leader which delivers full campaign rollouts including design and prototyping, digital printing and final field execution.They are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a solid background in digital printing to lead and oversee their production operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of industry experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership ability to drive efficiency, maintain high quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the digital print production floorManage production schedules, workflow, and staffing requirementsMaintain and improve quality assurance standardsCoordinate with sales, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth job executionMonitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance when necessaryImplement cost control and process optimization initiativesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsLead, train, and motivate production staffRequirements:Relevant tertiary qualification in Print Production, Operations Management, or similar field preferredMinimum 8 years of experience in the digital printing industryProven track record in production management or supervisory rolesStrong understanding of digital printing technologies and finishing processesExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to lead a team and work under pressure whilst ensuring SOP complianceSolid understanding of workflow software and MIS systems is advantageousSolid track record with strong supervisory skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressureWhat We Offer:Competitive salary of R80,000 per month negotiableOpportunity to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced, growing businessSupportive work environment with growth potential in an established reputable brand
