Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.Gather, document, and validate detailed functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.Work closely with solution architects and Developers to translate requirements into practical, scalable solution designs.Support the implementation and delivery of workflow automation, digital forms, and document management solutions, using platforms such as SharePoint, Nintex, K2, or Power Platform.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements validation sessions, to ensure alignment with business needs.Map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes and contribute to process re-engineering initiatives.Develop clear, comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment.Assist with testing, user acceptance, and rollout activities to ensure that solutions meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.Job Experience and Skills Required:5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst on digital transformation or automation projects Apply now
