The ideal candidate thrives on detail, anticipates guest needs, and builds lasting relationships with both clients and trade partners.Candidate Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Travel & Tourism or HospitalityMinimum 5 years in senior reservations, guest relations, or camp operationsInbound travel industry experience essentialFamiliarity with TourPlan or similar systemsStrong regional knowledge of Southern & East AfricaPersonal travel experience in these regions is a plusExcellent written and verbal English communicationForeign language skills are advantageousStrong multitasking and time managementHigh attention to detailProactive, charismatic, and guest-focused personalityGenuine passion for wildlife, sustainability, and conservationCandidate Requirements:Maintain regular, high-touch communication with guests during their stayAnticipate and respond to guest needs with precision and warmthCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless serviceHandle guest queries promptly and professionallyUphold operational standards and company policiesBuild strong relationships with trade partnersStay informed on all travel regions and attend training/site inspectionsAnalyze guest feedback to drive continuous improvementJohannesburg OR Cape Town
