The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process within the logistics and transportation sector.Key ResponsibilitiesClient acquisition: Source new business leads through networking, cold-calling, and market research.Sales and presentations: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.Deal management: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.Customer relationship management: Maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.Territory management: Manage multiple client accounts, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.Reporting and collaboration: Provide regular sales updates and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Travel: Frequent travel to client locations within the region is required.Skills and RequirementsProven sales skills ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and close deals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry is advantageous.A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.CompensationBasic Salary: Around R10,000.00 (negotiable)Commission: Very lucrative commission structure with strong earning potential.Interested candidates can send their CVs to
