Pre Sales Solutions Architect

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with a strong foundation in IT Managed Services, Outsourcing Models, and ITSM principles. The role requires extensive pre-sales expertise, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to drive lead generation, develop proposals, and support bid processes. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and NCPF, combined with strong negotiation skills, will be essential. Success in this position demands teamwork, resilience under pressure, accountability, and an ethical, go-getter mindset.What you'll do:Extensive knowledge of IT Managed Services and Outsource ModelsThorough understanding of the ITSM value chainDeep understanding on how to craft and convey a value proposition for Managed ServicesStrong negotiation skillsDeep knowledge on how to extract client requirements and build value outcomes aligned to our managed services value propositionKnowledge of Cyber security principles, tools and processes i.e NIST, NCPF (SouthAfrican National Cyber Security Policy Framework)Strong communicator and presenter with extensive pre-sales experience.C-Suite level engagement experienceUnderstanding of lead and demand generation approachesAbility to put proposals together as part of the bid and opportunity development processExcellent team playerFocused and target driven/ oriented individualMust be able to work under pressureGo-getter with a winner’s mentalityRisk taker with a strong sense of accountabilityEthicalYour Expertise:Between 5-10 years' experience in both Private and Public SectorQualifications:Grade 12Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science/ EngineeringITSM / ITIL certified ProfessionalRelevant Sales TrainingOther information applicable to the opportunity:Permanent positionLocation: MidrandWork environment: Office basedTravel: Client visits as an when necessary
