A leading player in the risk solutions industry is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent position where you will play a key role in shaping and implementing tailored risk solutions by collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge technical capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders, including business owners, customers, and partners, to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements for new solutions.Design and facilitate the implementation of the correct business solutions, always keeping the client first.Develop and model solutions by creating use cases, activities, and sequence diagrams for the technical team.Identify and analyse problems with current solutions, providing innovative recommendations to positively impact the business.Create and maintain required repositories, including traceability and attribute matrices, using Enterprise Architect tools.Lead scrum ceremonies when a scrum master or product owner is unavailable.Provide specialist knowledge and leadership to others while building strong relationships with stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience:Education: An appropriate 3-4 year IT or Business qualification is mandatory.Experience: You must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Analysis and at least 5 years of experience in the insurance domain, specifically Short-Term Commercial.Skills: Our client is looking for someone with strong emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a drive for results. You should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and under pressure. IIBA membership or a CBAP certification would be a distinct advantage.
