Based at a luxury property in Camps Bay, the Repair & Maintenance Manager leads a multi-disciplinary maintenance team, overseeing daily operations, preventative work, and emergency repairs to ensure safety, functionality, and a flawless guest environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all maintenance operations on-siteLead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure efficient task delegationCoordinate with departments to respond promptly to maintenance issuesPlan and execute preventative maintenance schedulesManage contractor and supplier relationshipsMonitor and report on maintenance budgets and expensesEnsure compliance with OHAS standards and building regulationsInterpret and work from architectural layouts and technical drawingsAbout You3 - 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance or facilities management rolePrevious supervisory or project management experience is essentialTechnical background with broad maintenance skillsExperience in hospitality or commercial property management is advantageousProficient with MS Office and strong administrative capabilitiesKnowledge of OHAS regulations and building codesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesQualification in Maintenance or Project Management preferred
