IT Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for IT-related needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services, driving revenue growth.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions, including hardware, software, networking, and support services.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring alignment with their budget and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of IT solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A customer-first mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
- Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
