PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:To provide support with regards to the Billing Process to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Completed BCom degree (Financial Management, Accounting, Business). Minimum of Financial Accounting at the 1st year level)1-2 years of experience in an accounts receivable (debtors) team/environment would be advantageous.Must be SA Citizen with a valid ID, and have a clear criminal history.A Valid Driver's licence and own transport are advantageous.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Review billing information, create new invoices, load debit orders, conduct reconciliations, collect payments and process credits or refund memos.Prepare account statements for clients and members.Investigate and resolve payment queries.Identity billings process solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.COMPETENCIES:Uphold operating procedures and standardsInterpret data and examine informationProduce output, manage tasks and meet timescalesLocation: Port Elizabeth, Eastern CapeProfile: Finance Industry Sector: HealthcareCareer Level: 1-2 yearsEmployment: Permanent, full-timeE.E. / Non-EE: Strictly EEWorking Hours: Monday to Friday. 08h00 to 16h30.
