The team is small, close-knit, and down-to-earth, a laid-back, mixed environment where humour and accountability go hand in hand.The Role: Senior Network & IT Support TechnicianYou'll take ownership of the technical environment in Gauteng, supporting the setup, installation, and maintenance of IoT and network systems for regional clients. This is a hands-on, senior-level role suited to someone who thrives in a self-managed, remote setup while ensuring reliable system performance and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee installation, maintenance, and support of all client systems in the regionManage network configurations, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and perform system diagnosticsLiaise with the scheduling team to plan site visits, maintenance, and client support activitiesMaintain accurate service records and documentation of call cycles and site visitsProvide remote support to clients and internal teams when requiredEnsure system uptime and proactively identify technical risks or performance issuesAbout You5+ years of experience in IT or network support (field or remote)Strong troubleshooting, hardware, and IoT systems backgroundConfident working independently and managing priorities remotelyValid drivers licence (essential) company vehicle provided for installationsExcellent communication skills and a practical, reliable work ethicComfortable with Google Workspace and reporting toolsSouth African citizen with a clear criminal record
