You will assist in planning, coordination, and execution to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Working closely with senior project managers and technical teams, you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship to grow into a well-rounded project management professional.Key Responsibilities2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, software project management, or a related fieldAssist in creating detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, and timelinesCoordinate and assign tasks to team members with clear responsibilities and deadlinesTrack project progress and facilitate adjustments to keep goals on scheduleAct as a key communication point for clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsOrganize and lead project meetings including kickoffs, updates, and reviewsIdentify and log risks or issues, ensuring mitigation and resolutionMaintain accurate project documentation, reports, and lessons learnedAbout You2 to 5 years of experience in software project management or related role, or a degree/diploma in Project ManagementStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana)Confident in using productivity software such as Excel, PowerPoint, or Google WorkspaceOrganized, adaptable, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilityCollaborative team player with an eye for risk managementBonus: Experience with CPaaS platforms, large-scale software projects, or messaging services (SMS, USSD, RCS, OTT)What We OfferCompetitive salary packageProfessional growth and development opportunitiesInput into shaping project management processesA dynamic and supportive workplaceFlexible working options based on performance and needs
