Prepare the daily cash position for the Group and provide a borrowing/investment recommendation, as well as assessing alignment to weekly divisional forecastEnsure cash is managed to maximize returns, whilst minimizing riskReview and analyze the actual vs forecast cash position and ensure queries addressed with the internal stakeholdersCollating and preparing cash flow forecast for the group, by making use of the TMSAnalyzing variances between actual figures vs forecasted figuresAnalyzing variances between weekly forecasts submittedEngage with all internal divisions, to solve variancesAccurate and timeous tracking of all import and export payments/receipts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. (e.g. Open accounts, FECs etc.)Prepare instructions to financial institutions, on all foreign exchange payments and receiptsEnsuring sufficient funds are available for operational and capital investment requirementsIn depth reconciliation between actual payments and receiptsAct as authorized dealer for the groupEnsure that all foreign exchange transactions are executed in an accurate and timeous manner, at the most cost-effective priceEnsure that the company are always within the group hedging policyMaintaining bank accounts opening and closure process, mandates, authorized persons / signatories and SSIsPreparation of KYC queries and documentsStakeholder EngagementAdhoc assistance as required in financeSkills & Experience: JSE- Listed experience NON-NEGOTIABLEAbility to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressureDeadline driven - understands the necessity of daily Treasury deadlines and the importance of meeting themStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong EQForecasting (Short, Medium and Long term)Banking knowledge including international bankingForeign exchange operational knowledgeQualification:Degree + minimum 5 years in a similar roleFMCG/Manufacturing experience beneficialContact BRITNEY HATTINGH on
