Key Responsibilities:Financial Processing & ReconciliationsAllocate daily bank statements and finance payouts accuratelyProcess and reconcile all bank statement transactionsFinal invoice vehicles and ensure supporting documentation is complete and correctCalculate and record accurate vehicle profit marginsCost vehicles correctly into stock and maintain ledger accuracyPerform weekly balancing of both debtors and creditorsConduct creditor reconciliations and ensure timely paymentsReporting & Month-End DutiesPrepare and reconcile the Monthly Dealer Operating Control (DOC)Ensure month-end balancing across all accountsCompile and maintain accurate month-end filesAudit deal files to ensure compliance with company and OEM requirementsMaintain intercompany account balancing and reconciliationRequirements:Matric (Grade 12) with accounting or finance-related subjects23 years of experience in a similar role within a passenger vehicle dealership (pre-owned experience)Strong knowledge of vehicle invoicing, stock costing, and profit calculationsExperience working with dealership management systems (e.g.VMS/Kerridge/Autoline/CDK/Reynolds)High level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong reconciliation and analytical skillsExcellent time management and ability to work under pressureComputer literate (especially MS Excel)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAutomotive Industry experience Essential Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
