You'll work with pre-qualified leads, helping clients understand their migration options while matching skilled candidates with overseas job opportunities. You'll operate at the intersection of career and life transformation every placement changes someones world.Key Responsibilities1-3 years experience in sales, recruitment, or a client-facing consulting roleEngage warm inbound immigration leads no cold calling requiredConduct discovery calls to assess migration eligibility and advise on visa optionsSource, screen, and qualify candidates for international rolesBuild strong partnerships with global employers and hiring teamsPrepare candidates for interviews and overseas placementManage your sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targetsCollaborate with internal teams to expand into new countries and sectorsDeliver consultative, high-trust support to both clients and candidatesAbout You1-3 years' experience in sales, recruitment, or client consultingConfident communicator with strong interviewing and interpersonal skillsOrganised, proactive, and driven by performance and outcomesPassionate about people and solving complex problemsThrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentKnowledge of immigration or visa processes is a bonus (full training provided)Team-oriented with a winning mindset and hunger for growth
