You should be someone who excels at building relationships across departments, has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and can adapt quickly to new systems and processed while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.Inherent Requirements:Matric CertificateBachelor's degree in strategic marketing, communications or a related fieldProfessional Development certificate in business communications, digital marketing, or related areas5+ years in marketing and communications with demonstrated career progression from intern to coordinator levelCampaign Management Excellence - proven track record coordinating ATL, BTL, OOH, digital, TV, radio, and print campaignsCross-Functional Stakeholder Management - experience coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and executive leadershipGo-to-Market strategy Execution for product launches and promotional initiatives.Duties and Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Content ExpertiseMulti-Channel Campaign Coordination with consistent brand messaging across platforms.Social Media Management with content scheduling and engagement optimization.Paid Media Management - Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and social media advertising campaignsEmail Marketing Excellence - weekly/monthly reporting and stakeholder communication campaignsCreative Briefing & Content Development - collaboration with agencies for ads, CTA's, copy and campaign imageryTechnical & Analytical ProfienciesMarketing Analytics & Performance Tracking - weekly / monthly KPI reporting and campaign optimizationSystem Management experience with CRM platforms, project management tools, and reporting systemsContent Scheduling Tools proficiency (Hootsuite or equivalent platforms)Advanced MS Office Suite - Excel reporting, powerpoint presentations and comprehensive documentation.Budget Tracking & Financial Reporting including procurement processes and vendor paymentsProject Management & Process SkillsEnd-to-end project coordination from planning though execution and reportingVendor & Budget Management including requisitions, invoice processing and payment co-ordinationProcess Improvement & Documentation with SOP development and optimization experienceExecutive support including diary management, travel coordination and administrative functions.Team onboarding & training support for new staff integrationCharacter Traits:Ability to work towards deadlines and in a teamAbility to work at a fast paceAmbitious and confidentRemain self-motivated and use initiative at all timeTime management skillsAlways portray a professional Image
