PHP Laravel Developer

Youll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying high-quality web applications using Laravel 8/9+, PHP, AWS, REST APIs, and modern JavaScript. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of technologies and an opportunity to work on challenging projects that enhance the companys digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel and related technologies.Design and optimise database schemas and complex SQL queries (MySQL).Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate external/internal systems.Manage AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and API Gateway) for deployment and scalability.Implement authentication, caching, and session management for secure, efficient applications.Ensure code quality, security, and performance through testing and best practices.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.Job Experience and Skills Required:Education:Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).Experience:Minimum 3 years of full stack development experience.Proficiency in PHP (Laravel 8/9+), JavaScript (ES6+), and MySQL.Experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SES, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch).Strong background in RESTful API design and integration.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment deployment (Laravel Vapor experience advantageous).Technical Skills:Laravel features: Eloquent ORM, Queues, Jobs, Schedules, Middleware, and Sanctum/Passport Auth.Front-end: JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.WebSockets & Real-time broadcasting.Understanding of security principles (OWASP Top 10, CSP, CORS, XSS, and CSRF).Knowledge of mail processing protocols (SMTP, IMAP) and headless browsers (e.g., Puppeteer).Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Excellent written and verbal communication.Adaptability and an eagerness to learn new technologies.Attention to detail and commitment to code quality.Collaborative mindset and team-player attitude.Apply nowIf youre looking to grow your career in full stack development and work with cutting-edge tools in an innovative environment, this opportunity is for youFor more exciting IT
