You'll work with global clients to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, streamline processes, and drive decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial foundation who wants to evolve into a transformative business and technology consultant.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed analysis and documentation of end-to-end business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Campaign-to-Cash)Configure and implement business systems such as ERP, EPM, or FP&A tools based on business requirementsDesign and produce management reporting packs including actuals, budgets, forecasts, and commentaryUse and enhance analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) to deliver business insightsApply accounting principles to system design, including areas like revenue recognition, FX, inventory, and lease accountingCollaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and adoptionContinuously develop technical and consulting skills in SQL, data modelling, and system architectureAbout YouCA(SA) or part-qualified with a B.Com or B.Com (Hons)/CTACompleted or near-completed articlesMinimum of 2 years experience in management accounting or FP&AStrong experience preparing management reports and financial modelsAdvanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, automation)Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting toolsFoundational understanding of ERP systems and accounting data flowsAnalytical thinker with curiosity for business systems and dataExcellent written and spoken English and confidence engaging with senior stakeholdersDesire to work with global clients and build a long-term consulting career
