You will collaborate with clinical teams and coaches to ensure high-quality care, innovation, and exceptional service delivery across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesEducate and support coaches on health indicators and chronic condition monitoringServe as a key contact for coaches and members, ensuring engagement and motivationMonitor onboarding and usage of digital health platforms, including coaching, education, and telehealthTrack member engagement, flag challenges, and support continuous quality improvementAssist in developing health education content, workshops, and materialsCoordinate rosters, performance reviews, and data reporting processesAbout You2+ years experience in healthcare, public health, or digital healthStrong communication and organizational skillsData-driven, solutions-oriented, and adaptableEmpathetic, collaborative, and committed to service excellenceThrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
