Whats in it for you?A challenging, high-visibility role where your strategic project delivery skills will have a tangible impact on the banks success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple Retail Credit projects end-to-end from initiation through delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.Drive implementation of new credit systems and process enhancements across lending and onboarding functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment.Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change controls to maintain governance standards.Present regular project updates to executive leadership and steering committees.Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent).Experience:Minimum 8 years project management experience in banking or financial services.Proven track record managing retail credit or lending projects (credit origination, decisioning systems, account management, or collections).Exposure to Agile or hybrid project environments.Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level.Skills:Strong governance, analytical, and leadership capabilities.Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.Non-Negotiables:Proven experience managing Retail Credit projects in a banking environment.Apply now
