Employer DescriptionOur client is a Manufacturer of Homecare ProductsJob DescriptionOur client has an opportunity for an energetic individual to fill the position of the Junior Key Account Manager. The position is based in the East Rand. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:Management and growth of key B2B customer relationships within the FMCG and manufacturing sectorsMaintaining strong client partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of products and servicesAssist in managing relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and industrial clientsServe as a day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, responding promptly to client inquiries and needsSupport senior team members in conducting client meetings, business reviews, and product presentationsMonitor sales performance for each account and identify areas for growth.Assist in executing sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.Identify opportunities for product placement, promotions, and cross-selling within accountsPrepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for managementHelp manage pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements in coordination with senior KAMs.Track stock levels, deliveries, and returns to ensure smooth operationsOther related opportunitiesQualificationsMatriculationRelevant Tertiary qualification SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service within FMCG, B2B, or manufacturing environment is essential to this roleMust have a drivers license and be willing to travel.Strong communication and relationship-building abilitiesSalary/PackageNegotiable depending on ExperienceBenefitsProvident FundCar AllowancePerformance Bonus
