You’ll be the vital link between marketing, customer strategy, and operations, bringing our brand promise to life in physical spaces and ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the network.What will you doBuild and manage a national calendar of on-site events and activations that bring the “social wellness” ethos to lifeDesign brand interventions that give members more reasons to visit, engage, and returnCreate blueprints for immersive experiences that reinforce our positioning as a premium wellness offeringConnect in-person experiences with digital tools to encourage habit formation and sustained engagementAct as the liaison between the marketing team and site managers to ensure alignment, communication, and brand consistencyManage supplier and distribution partners to deliver all campaign materials on time and on budgetConduct site visits to support key activations, monitor standards, and strengthen engagementTrack and report on KPIs such as participation rates, app usage, and campaign successCodify learnings and share best practices across locations to enable innovation and continuous improvementWhat do you needA diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in customer-facing environments, with proven expertise in experiential marketing and activationsBackground in retail or hospitality spaces with a focus on creating engaging, brand-led experiencesStrong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skillsComfort working in fast-paced environments with the ability to travel frequently and work flexiblyA passion for wellness, creativity, and community-buildingHigh emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit
