You'll be the voice of the brand across social media platforms responding to customer inquiries, creating engaging content, and helping drive digital engagement strategies. It's an exciting opportunity to build community, support marketing initiatives, and represent a company that thrives on connection and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 1 - 2 years' experience managing or supporting social media platformsManage and monitor daily activity across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedInEngage with followers and respond to queries in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaignsPost regular updates and craft compelling content to boost brand visibilityTrack and analyse social media metrics to optimise performanceStay informed on social media trends and digital best practicesReport on engagement, growth, and campaign outcomesAbout You1+ years of relevant experience in social media, community engagement, or digital contentStrong communication and typing skills with a high level of attention to detailEnergetic, creative, and confident in generating new content ideasSelf-driven and organised with the ability to manage tasks independentlyComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with social media tools and scheduling platforms is advantageousA qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
