IntroductionA well-established company within the FMCG sector based in Cullinan is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. To ensure that existing customers and accounts are serviced, and key customer reporting is provided to the sales team, contributing to the successful achievement of the Sales and Marketing goals.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSales RevenueServicing existing customers and accounts to deliver a world class service.Identify opportunities and drive NPD and new stores to grow volume and market share.Closing deals.Maximizing the value of each sale by upselling or cross-selling additional products.Revenue generated by selling products to the customers.New and speedy customer sign on.Key Customer ReportingVolume plans and reporting updated daily and weekly.Feedback and follow-up on queries and complaints.Client visitation weekly.Stakeholder Relations and NetworkingInitiate and sustain key relation networks which build on the good reputation and image of the company and secures future growth and profitability.Establish and maintain good trust relations with all stakeholders.Desired Experience & QualificationQualification detailsGrade 12Experience2 - 5 years sales experience in FMCG environmentWorking hoursMonday to Friday from 07h00 – 17h00Functional CompetenciesComputer LiterateInterpersonal RelationshipsTeam WorkUnderstanding of the meat businessPackage & RemunerationR 18,000 – R 25,000 CTC per month(Depending on experience)This is a TCTC package – no additional benefitsInterested?Please mail your CV AND PAYSLIP to hr1 (at) peopledimension (dot) co (dot) zaShortlisted applicants will be contacted within 2 weeks, if you do not hear from us by then your application for this position was unsuccessful, but you have been added to our database for future vacancies.
