The ideal candidate should have: - Strong people management and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret and act on sales data effectively. - A solid grasp of modern workflow and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams). - The flexibility to work unconventional hours, as NY Slice primarily operates in the evening and nighttime. - This person will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high operational standards while helping drive growth and efficiency. Responsibilities: - Budget management: Oversee production budgets - Financial record analysis: Assess and improve profitability, and ensure that required records and reports are generated and analyzed - Hiring and onboarding: Recruit and onboard the right talent to reduce staff turnover costs and disruptions - Quality consistency: Ensure that quality is consistent across all locations - Risk analysis: Evaluate logistical risks and challenges, and develop business continuity plans - Supply chain management: Ensure the availability of necessary materials and resources, and establish relationships with suppliers - Menu planning: Assist in planning and implementing new menu specifications, and ensuring they meet quality standards - Inventory management: Ensure that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand - Health and safety: Ensure that health and safety protocols are followed - New technology: Test and implement new technology to improve efficiency
