Completing and reviewing bank reconciliations for Group entitiesCollaborating with billing and accounts payable teams to ensure correct postings of income, expenses, prepayments, and fixed assetsPreparing monthly accruals, provisions, payroll, and IFRS 16 lease accounting journalsProducing monthly profit & loss, balance sheets, and supporting reconciliationsReconciling and settling intercompany balancesPreparing and submitting VAT, tax returns, and regulatory filings in line with jurisdictional requirementsAssisting in regulatory reporting and local/Group service level agreementsPreparing weekly cash flow forecasts and board report packs with analysis and commentaryLeading the preparation of year-end statutory financial statements and liaising with auditorsResponding to ad-hoc financial queries and supporting Group Finance projectsSkills & Experience:Strong technical accounting knowledge with IFRS expertiseExperience in group reporting, multi-jurisdictional entities, and intercompany transactionsStrong Excel skills (macros, Power Pivot, Power BI advantageous)Experience preparing financial statements and technical accounting papersExcellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage deadlines under pressureStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaboratePrevious financial services industry experience is advantageous Qualification:Qualified Accountant (SAIPA or CIMA).Demonstrated experience in IFRS reporting and financial statements.
