This individual will be engaged throughout the product development lifecycle from initial research and conceptual design to manufacturing and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a solid engineering background, proven experience in mechanical design, and proficiency in SolidWorks.Minimum RequirementsBEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical EngineeringAt least 6 years of experience in mechanical part and equipment design (specifically conveyors)Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modelling and design)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKey Responsibilities3D Design & Technical DocumentationCreate detailed part models, assemblies, and technical drawings using SolidWorksProduce high-quality renderings and assembly instructions following internal standardsConceptual & Engineering DevelopmentDevelop innovative mechanical system conceptsWork with senior designers to finalise concepts into production-ready designsManufacturing & Quality AssuranceCollaborate with suppliers to ensure manufacturing accuracyMaintain and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) within the ERP systemEnsure all designs comply with relevant industry standardsTechnical Writing & DocumentationPrepare manuals, spare parts lists, and other technical documentationTeam Collaboration & TroubleshootingWork closely with project managers and fellow engineers to create effective solutionsIdentify design flaws and propose practical improvementsWhy Work Here?
