The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations, from order processing to after-sales support, while implementing strategies to boost revenue and enhance the customer journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic initiatives to increase online sales revenue.Oversee order processing, customer inquiries, and after-sales service.Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online store inventory.Provide expert product advice and exceptional customer service.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless online experience.Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities.Keep up to date with e-commerce best practices and industry trends.Participate in annual stock takes and ensure accurate online inventory levels.About YouMinimum of 5 years experience in online sales with a proven track record.Strong background in e-commerce platforms and online retail.Experience or interest in hunting, outdoor, or related product categories.Matric required; tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proficient in English and Afrikaans, with strong communication skills.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
