Build our market position by identifying and locating new business opportunities. Develop these into successful sales through identifying, negotiating and closing new business relationships. Sell to new and existing clients.Education: BCom / Diploma qualification3 Phase Trade Test and Wiremans License (optional)Job Experience & Skills Required:Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy.Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development position.Identify profitable, highly probable business opportunities which fall within the company's guidelines.Ensure that only high-quality leads are provided to development teams.Conduct ongoing market research and provide key market insights.Build relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesnt.Develop pricing and market strategies.Close deals with urgency.Form partnerships with industry stakeholders.Foster positive working relationships between all departments.Conduct market research on leading technology and/or practises and share it with the team.Prepare and develop accurate preliminary designs on Helioscope.Provide the development team with key insights.Assist the development team with tender submissions, when required.Apply now
