Our client is seeking a dynamic, professional, and reliable Receptionist / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the broader office team.The ideal candidate should be well-organized, communicates professionally, and maintains a high level of confidentiality at all times.Minimum requirements:MatricValid driver's licenseOwn vehicleFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishMinimum 1 - 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant and ReceptionistProficient in MS Office and Canva will be advantageousSkills required:Computer literacy: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Canva experience will be an advantageTyping speed: Minimum of 50 words per minuteProblem-solving ability: Able to identify issues, analyse options, and implement effective solutionsCommunication: Professional, clear, and courteousReliability: Must maintain the highest level of confidentialityExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsUnderstanding of switchboard and office administration proceduresWorking knowledge of general office equipment and softwareKey duties and responsibilities (not limited to):Manage general reception and switchboard – welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to inquiries professionallyDiary management for the CEO, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsTyping, filing, and preparing agendas and minutes for staff meetingsMonitor staff attendance and leave records, including fingerprint clock-ins and timesheet balancingCoordinate annual show programs and functions, including obtaining quotations and managing administrative tasksMaintain office equipment (telephone, fax, photocopier, computer, etc.) and ensure systems are in working orderHandle office administration and client communication in a friendly and professional mannerManage and safeguard confidential information at all timesSupport other administrative functions where necessary, including receipting paymentsLiaise with media, designers, and service providers upon approval from the CEORenumeration:R13 000 - R15 000 Cost to Company, depending on experienceWorking hours:Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00IMPORTANT:Applications close 24 November 2025Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be consideredOnly candidates who are shortlisted will be contactedNo social media messages / comments will be responded to
