If youre a qualified CA(SA) with a passion for leadership, financial control, and transformation in shared services, wed love to hear from you.Duties: Develop and execute the Finance Shared Services strategyDefine and manageSLAs and KPIs to ensure performance excellenceDriveprocess improvement, automation, and standardisation across teamsOverseeIFRS compliance, month-end close, and financial controlManageAccounts Payable and Fixed Assets functionsEnsure adherence tocorporate governance and internal control frameworksLead centralisedcreditor and fixed asset teamsEnsure timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and capitalisation of assetsCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries efficientlyReview and analysecash flow forecasts and variancesGuidetax compliance and ensure alignment with SARS requirementsOverseemonth-end and year-end reportingLiaise withexternal auditors and ensure statutory compliance across entitiesManage and mentormultidisciplinary finance teamsConductperformance reviews and succession planningBuild a culture ofaccountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12)BCom AccountingBCom Honours / CTACA(SA) Experience: Completed SAICA Articles3 - 7 years of relevant financial and managerial experience (minimum 5 years in management/supervisory role)Exposure in core Manufacturing / FMCG or Retail Experience is a MUSTMust have strong leadership experienceExperience in a SAP environment (preferably SAP R/3 FI, SD, MM modules)Strong knowledge of IFRS, Income Tax, and VAT ActAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExposure to fixed assets, creditor reconciliation, and tax compliance Skills & Competencies: Strong strategic and financial leadership, driving operational excellence across shared services.Advanced SAP and Excel proficiency with solid knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and financial controls.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and guide decision-making.Expertise in managing Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and statutory compliance.Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organisational levels.Skilled in change management, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.High integrity, strong attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
