This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team known for excellence in the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of advanced electronic modules and IoT-enabled solutions.About the RoleThis position focuses on the development and integration of innovative power electronic applications using advanced ASIC technologies. The selected candidate will play a central role in designing power converter modules, building embedded systems, and developing robust hardware solutions for high-volume manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop power converter modules and embedded hardware systemsTranslate requirements into technical solutions, develop prototypes, and drive products through to commercializationDraft and maintain test specifications, validate designs, and ensure documentation complies with internal processes (ISO9001:2015)Own and manage project delivery across the full product development lifecycleProvide technical support to clients and internal stakeholdersCollaborate within a highly skilled team to deliver cutting-edge hardware solutionsContribute to a positive and innovative team cultureCore Skills & Experience25 years of hands-on experience in power electronics and embedded microprocessor developmentProficient in hardware prototyping, testing, debugging, and circuit-level troubleshootingExperience with Altium Designer or similar PCB CAD toolsSkilled in C/C++ firmware development for microcontroller systemsFamiliarity with GitLab or other version control toolsStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partnersWhat Theyre Looking ForAn adaptable and technically proficient engineer who takes initiative, enjoys solving complex problems, and works well in a collaborative team environment.
