Requirements: Grade 12Preferred tertiary qualification in Food Services Management / HospitalityAt least 3+ years previous Restaurant FOH Management experience in a busy environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbalMust be well-presented, guest service focused with the ability to deal with a very distinguished clienteleAbility to solve problems and find solutionsStress tolerance and ability to work under pressureExcellent ability to pay attention to detailHigh standards of ethical conduct, i.e. honesty, integrity and sensitivitySelf-disciplined with excellent planning and organizing skillsBe alert and innovativeMust be flexible with working evenings, weekends and holidaysGood knowledge of food and beverages, including dietaries, bar and wine varietalsTeam management & training abilities.
