A growing investment-focused business in Cape Town is looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations across the group and its project entities. Reporting directly into executive leadership, this role offers a broad scope from consolidations and compliance through to budgeting, project finance structuring, and stakeholder engagement. What you will be doing:Leading and mentoring junior finance staffManaging financial operations across group and project companiesPreparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements (IFRS / IFRS for SMEs)Driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysisLeading audits and managing tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, Company Tax, etc.)Supporting project finance structuring and managing lender relationshipsDriving improvements in financial systems, automation, and internal controlsProviding strategic financial insights to executive and board-level stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory obligationWhat we are looking for:CA(SA) with 2-5 years post-articles experienceStrong background in financial reporting, consolidations, and complianceExperience in project finance, treasury, or corporate finance is highly beneficialProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesExperience working with tools like Xero, Draftworks, and ERP systems is advantageousA self-starter who is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and adaptablePlease note if you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
