Warehouse Clerk

Minimum requirements:Grade 12 / Matric certificate Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a warehouse environment (non-negotiable)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QWIXSAP system knowledge will be considered an advantage Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans Proven experience in receiving processes Hands-on experience with both inbound and outbound logisticsPrior exposure to a factory or manufacturing environment will be beneficialKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Computer LiterateGood organisational skills Administrative skills Interpersonal skills Attention to detail Ability to prioritise and multi-task Good communication skills Reliable and disciplined Procedural drivenAssertive nature Role and responsibilities:Receiving all stock via the Qwix systemEnsure all stock coming in has the correct pallet IDAll inbound inspections (Packaging material & customer returns)Physical inspections, taking of samples for lab, and capturing on the Qwix systemFinalizing admin tasks and scanning Retrieving samples Samples must be taken of all stock received, bulk oil in flow bins and packaging material, and taken to the lab Placing of stock in correct bin allocations, when received from bottling or with inbound adhering to Qwix instructions on scannersPicking of stock according to the Qwix system instruction on scannersPicking of stock from load sheets if Qwix system is offlinePicking stock to replenish Bottling dailyTransferring and issuing of stock, consumables, and chemicals to bottling and other departments according to the QWIX scanning system and requisitionsDoing stock takes and cycle counts as communicatedRework of damaged or QC rejected stockHousekeepingCompliance policies and procedures Health and Safety
