Their Cape Town-based team supports UK dealerships, maintaining high standards of professionalism and technical precision.The Role: Mercedes-Benz Parts AdvisorAs a Parts Advisor focused on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, you'll be the key contact for internal technicians and trade customers, delivering expert guidance on parts availability, pricing, and ordering. This role supports the seamless operation of a busy dealership by ensuring that the correct parts are sourced, managed, and delivered with accuracy and speed. You'll play a vital role in customer satisfaction and service efficiency.Key Responsibilities2-5 years experience as a Parts Advisor within a Mercedes-Benz dealership or approved service centreAssist trade, retail, and internal workshop customers with selecting appropriate partsProvide quotations, availability checks, pricing, and technical adviceProcess parts orders, returns, invoices, and warranty claims accuratelyLiaise with suppliers for special or urgent ordersMaintain and monitor parts stock levels and inventory recordsMeet and exceed sales and service KPIs, including customer satisfaction metricsStay current on Mercedes-Benz parts catalogues, product updates, and DMS systemsAbout You2-5 years' relevant experience in a Mercedes-Benz dealership or OEM parts environmentProven knowledge of Mercedes-Benz OEM and aftermarket partsProficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., CDK/Kerridge, AutoLine)Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsHigh attention to detail with solid organisational abilitiesAbility to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, well-groomed, and confident communicatorTeam-oriented with a solutions-driven mindsetAutomotive certification advantageous; Mercedes-Benz product training is preferred
