GRAPHIC & MOTION DESIGNER Job descriptionWe are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic / Motion Designer to join our Graphic Team, a key part of the broader Design Team, which also includes a Web Team. You will collaborate with three other graphic designers to create marketing materials for over 20 international brands.This role requires a high level of creativity, strong design sensibility, and a keen awareness of current graphic and motion design trends. Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, affinity for AI tools in design, attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.You will report directly to the Team Leader / Creative & Digital Marketing Manager and work in an open-space environment alongside other graphic and web designers. We value open workspaces to encourage idea-sharing and maintain awareness of cross-team projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality motion design videosDesign marketing materials for clients, such as:FlyersBrochuresRoll-up bannersEvent standsSignageSocial media and website visualsStationeryCreate internal marketing materialsDesign guidelines and brand assets for clientsParticipate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming projectsConduct photo editing and image retouchingRequest and follow up on quotes from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery from proofing to final outputPhotography and video editing skills are a strong plusQualificationsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)Solid experience with motion design tools such as Animate and After EffectsMinimum of 3 years of industry experience in a similar roleAbility to multitask and perform under pressureExcellent team collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
