Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise electrical installation projects across commercial, industrial, and/or residential sitesPlan, schedule, and allocate work to Electricians and sub-contractorsConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and project specificationsProvide technical guidance, problem-solving, and on-site support to installation teamsCoordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project deliveryReview technical drawings, schematics, and electrical plansPrepare progress reports, installation documentation, and compliance recordsManage materials procurement, budgeting, and cost controlEnsure that all work complies with relevant electrical codes and regulationsRequired Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related fieldProven experience in electrical installation or site managementStrong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematicsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsValid electrical installation or contractor Certification (if applicable in your region)Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
