ð§ Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor factory operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safetyOversee planning, casting, and lane strippingEnsure supervisors, operators, and labourers understand and execute their daily tasksEnsure deliveries are dispatched on timeAttend to line performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and address breakdownsPerform daily line walks to monitor process control and ensure checklists are accurately completedEnsure machinery is cleaned and inspected at the start and end of each shiftReport maintenance issues immediately and assist during breakdowns âï¸ Desired Experience & Qualifications Minimum 8 yearsâ relevant experience in a similar role or as a construction foremanStrong knowledge of concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, and pre-tension steelPreferably experienced with mechanical equipment such as batch plants, saw-cutting machines, hydraulic jacks, and overhead cranesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly deadline-driven with strong adherence to production schedulesAbility to work accurately under pressure ð¼ What We Offer R 30 000.00 to R 35 000.00Provident fund membership after a 3-month probation periodAnnual shutdown during December/January (builderâs holiday)Working hours:â Monday to Thursday: 07:00 â 17:30â Friday: Until 15:00
