You’ll play a key role in improving build processes, driving quality excellence, supporting major projects, and ensuring that production standards are maintained to world-class levels.This role suits someone who loves being on the shop floor, understands complex automotive/industrial processes, and has the technical IQ to make meaningful improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and output. What You’ll Be DoingActing as the go-between for Production and Support teams during new projects, upgrades and product changesDriving process improvements, ergonomics, and standardised work methodsAnalysing Engineering Change Requests and ensuring seamless implementationSupporting Pre-Series build issues and participating in buildability reviewsConducting process, vehicle and sectional audits to ensure compliance before internal/external inspectionsUpdating and creating process documentation to maintain standardsEnsuring accuracy of FIS data reporting and coordinating system updatesPartnering with quality, technical and engineering teams to analyse issues & implement corrective actionsSupporting cost control relating to expendable tools and efficiency improvements What You Need to Bring EssentialNational Diploma / Degree in Engineering3–5 years’ experience in a production/process/manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of production quality, production management and manufacturing processesAbility to interpret technical drawingsSolid understanding of ISO Quality Management Systems & document controlExcellent written and verbal communication at all levelsProficiency in MS Office & WindowsUnderstanding of time studies and their impactOHSE knowledge Added AdvantagesCAD / MicroStation competencySAP or manufacturing system literacyExperience in automotive production processesGerman language ability (bonus) Why This Role Stands OutWork in a high-tech manufacturing environmentExcellent career development in a world-class settingCompetitive salary + comprehensive benefitsFull relocation support if you’re from outside KariegaAccess to cutting-edge systems and engineering methodologies
