With a collaborative culture and a mission to empower learners, the company offers its employees a chance to make a meaningful impact in education and career development.The Role: Coding & Data TutorAs a Coding & Data Tutor, you'll guide and support students through structured training programmes covering HTML, SQL, Python, JavaScript, and CSS. Your role is to help learners succeed academically and practically, from clarifying course content to exam preparation. You will also collaborate with the course development team to refine materials, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to learners on Coding & Development programmesAssist students with exam preparation, study schedules, and practice resourcesRespond to learner queries via phone, email, and TeamsCollaborate with the development team to enhance courseware and materialsEnsure a supportive and engaging learner experience throughout the training journeyAbout YouMatric essential; IT/Computer Science qualification or relevant work experience requiredStrong coding knowledge across HTML, SQL, Python, JavaScript, and CSSExcellent communication skills, particularly with international learnersPatient, approachable, and able to explain complex concepts clearlyIndependent, self-motivated, and adaptable to learner needsFlexible to work UK hours (10am - 7pm, Monday to Friday)Genuine passion for coding, data, and teaching others
